Compare early handheld tools
These are the base values reported by the GAMES.GG upgrade guide, rechecked on 8 November. Prices are game currency. Check your purchase menu and existing upgrades before using them. S12
| Tool | Reported price | Sweep width | Base capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toothbrush | Free | 12 cm | 0.5 kg |
| Nail Brush | $5 | 18 cm | 0.75 kg |
| Hand Brush | $10 | 24 cm | 1 kg |
| Household Broom | $25 | 43 cm | 3 kg |
| Wide Broom | $75 | 65 cm | 6 kg |
| Extra Wide Broom | $150 | 98.8 cm | 12 kg |
A Household Broom holds six times the reported starting capacity. That does not prove six times the earnings: cleaning, packing and delivery still take time. You do not need to buy every intermediate tool to compare the next useful purchase.
If carrying dust is the slow part
A Building Tool is reported at $50, a Packager at $100 and belts at $0.50 per metre. At those prices, a new 20 m handheld Packager route costs $160: $50 + $100 + $10. If the Building Tool is already owned, the remaining cost is $110. The route still needs correct output and intake connections. S07
Use the conveyor budget calculator with the prices in your current game. Transport automation does not collect handheld dust for you; you still clean and deposit it.
If you are considering a vehicle
The upgrade guide reports a $200 Garage and a $300 Push Sweeper with 100 kg capacity. With a new $50 Building Tool, that is $550 before extra logistics or vehicle upgrades. Compare this larger purchase with your available money and delivery route. S12
The same guide distinguishes handheld Upgrade Matrix perks from Garage vehicle upgrades. A handheld capacity purchase is not evidence that a vehicle hopper also grows.
Pick the next purchase after one complete run
If brushing dominates, compare width. If the tool repeatedly fills, compare capacity. If returns to the station dominate, inspect delivery distance and transport. If receivers already queue, fix their outputs before adding collection.
In co-op, check shared Upgrade Matrix purchases before duplicating plans. Use dust efficiency to measure the change and the beginner guide for the first loop. The cited upgrade guide still describes a 1.0.4 baseline; current mechanic changes take precedence in the official update notes.
